Terms and Conditions

By booking with Exclusive Travel Deals, a subsidiary of the EXTD Group Limited, you agree to the general/cancellation terms and conditions contained herein. Any payment constitutes acceptance of the terms herein. All policies, procedures and terms contained herein are subject to change at any time without notice at Exclusive Travel deals’ sole discretion. Standard policies, payments and penalties outlined below may be more restrictive during holidays and special events. No refunds will be made for special events, shows, or attraction passes.

1. Bookings, Deposits & Payments: 

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations require you to provide your full name as it appears on your travel documents, date of birth, and gender at the time of booking for the purpose of watch-list screening. Failure to provide this information will result in you not being allowed to travel.

Exclusive Travel Deals accepts payment by a variety of credit and debit cards, as well as online bank transfer or direct bank deposits. When booking with an airline-sponsored credit card, benefits such as free baggage fees which may apply when booking with the airline directly WILL NOT apply to your Exclusive Travel Deals.

All deposits and fees are non-refundable 24 hours after the time of purchase. The balance due is required at least thirty (30) days prior to trip departure. The billing contact specified on the Payment Page will be the primary person contacted for any payment issues. In the event of a cancellation 24 hours after purchase or non-payment, the deposit fee will not be refunded or credited. Exclusive Travel Deals reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of non-payment or payment dispute and withhold any portion of the deposit. All standard change, revision, and cancellation policies apply after payment is received.

For land and air package reservations: A deposit of the total price of airfare, plus package

tax, will be required at the time of booking. For Land only reservations: Depending on the

specific hotel you are booking; A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation price willcbe required at the time of booking. Exclusive Travel Deals reserves the right, in its sole

discretion, to modify or discontinue the deposit program or to restrict its availability to any

person, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.

Exclusive Travel Deals reserves the right to require an Authorization Form for reservations made using a credit card in which none of the passengers traveling on the itinerary are the Primary Card Holder. Exclusive Travel Deals may reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the Authorization Form is not completed.

2.. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds:

You must immediately notify Exclusive Travel Deals to cancel or make changes to your

vacation package. We are not responsible for any changes or modifications that are made to the reservation without our assistance. If your plans change, your right to a refund is limited and subject to penalties and fees as noted herein.

If cancellation of certain reservations is requested less than 24 hours from the time of purchase and meets all the requirements below, Exclusive Travel Deals will offer you a refund to the original form of payment or retain a credit to be used towards a future purchase in the form of a future travel credit. 'Non-refundable' bookings do not qualify. Reservations made within cut-off or resorts with strict cancellation policies are not eligible. After 24 hours, all vacations are non-refundable and non-transferable and the following fees will be assessed: If cancelling more than 24 hours after purchase, after fees are applied, you will be responsible for these fees, plus any increase in cost resulting from the change.

Any increase in price for the land or airfare for changes, cancellations, or new travel will be the responsibility of the customer. All reservations are subject to availability and no refund or credit will be offered for reservations that result in a decrease in price.

All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, limitations, restrictions and fees

imposed by Exclusive Travel Deals and its airline, hotel and feature/excursion suppliers. Most airfares and hotel reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable, and you may be charged 100% cancellation/change penalties. Changes to, or cancellation of, a Basic Economy flight will result in forfeiture of tickets. Passengers who do not travel are subject to 100% cancellation penalties.

If you cancel your vacation or change your travel date, flight, duration, class of service, name, departure city, or destination, the charges shown below become payable by you. Significant additional penalties (i.e., non-refundable airline tickets and fees, non-refundable or non-transferable hotel promotions) may apply. If the number of individuals occupying a room changes due to a cancellation or booking change, the remaining traveller(s) will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate. If all travellers change, it is considered a new booking and cancellation fees will apply. Non-refundable hotels incur penalties upon deposit. Once travel has begun, there will be no refunds for any unused or partially used travel component for any reason.

3. Credit Card Transactions & Chargebacks:

If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you

have contracted, you should contact us immediately so we can reach out to said provider to better understand the situation and provide a solution, whether in the form of a refund or rescheduling where applicable and agreed upon. If payment has been made to Exclusive Travel Deals by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Exclusive Travel Deals given that you have duly received the services for which you have contracted. If Exclusive Travel Deals incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to Exclusive Travel Deals via our other payment methods immediately.

 4. Package Pricing – Exclusions:

If you have not paid for your vacation in full, you will be responsible for any increases in the price of any and all components of the vacation package. Exclusive Travel Deals reserves the right to re-invoice your reservation should an error be made in computing your vacation price. You may incur additional expenses that are not included in the package price, including but not limited to (unless otherwise noted): gratuities, meals and beverages; passport/visa fees; airline seat assignments and baggage fees; departure taxes, environmental levies and hotel energy surcharges; resort fees, car seats; rental cars; transfers, optional excursions; and items of a personal nature. 

5. Exclusive Travel Deals & Other Service Provider Responsibility;

Exclusive Travel Deals’ Responsibility: Exclusive Travel Deals makes arrangements with third party suppliers as independent contractors for the various components that comprise your vacation package. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, Exclusive Travel Deals is not an agent of these independent travel providers and we expressly disclaim any liability for their actions or omissions. Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to travelers at their sole discretion. Exclusive Travel Deals assumes no liability for the acts of the service provider in refusing service. Exclusive Travel Deals is not responsible for schedule changes issued by the airline and does not offer compensation for those changes. Exclusive Travel Deals will not pay an increase in fare for an alternative airline. 

Your Responsibility: By booking with Exclusive Travel Deals, you agree to defend and indemnify us and all respective suppliers and any officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, brought by third parties as a result of: a) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents referenced herein; or b.) your violation of any law or rights of a third party. 

Certain exclusions may not apply in some jurisdictions. If you have a claim or dispute with any of the travel or excursion providers, we will provide you with as much assistance as reasonably possible. 

6. Hotel Accommodations, Check-In/Check-Out:

Passengers may be required to present a credit card at the time of check-in to provide confirmation of authorized card use or to secure any additional expenses. Some resorts have minimum age requirements and/or citizenship requirements to allow for check-in. If a reservation is booked and the age or citizenship requirements are not met, the customer will be held responsible for all change and/or cancellation penalties that are incurred to make changes. 

Exclusive Travel Deals is not responsible for fees and/or penalties incurred as a result of departure from the resort before the scheduled departure date. No booking credit and/or refund will be granted for departures from the resort before the scheduled departure date. In the event that you do not show for the first night of your reservation and do not notify us of these changes, cancellation of your reservation may occur.

7. Post-Vacation Concerns: 

If you have a complaint while on vacation, you must provide Exclusive Travel Deals with a reasonable opportunity to rectify the issue during your vacation by promptly notifying us, after which we will make every effort to assist. Please understand that we cannot consider postvacation submissions if you did not provide Exclusive Travel Deals with a reasonable opportunity to assist you during your trip. We reserve the right to give any compensation due in the form of future travel credits.
